Joann came to work at Emmanuel in October 1998 and has served as Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Students and Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Work-study Coordinator.

She is married to Clint Harper, pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Royston. They have 3 kids ~ Leah, Beth, and Max.
