If the phrase “Complete Endowed and Funded Scholarship Acknowledgement Form” appears on your document tracking letter from the Office of Financial Aid, then you have found the right link to complete this task.  An Acknowledgement Form must be received by the Office of Financial Aid before funds can be disbursed to your student account.

Please express your sincere appreciation to the donor who is responsible for providing the funds for this scholarship. 

You do not need to complete this letter for scholarships such as the President, Academic, Achievers, Music, and/or Athletic Scholarships.

Please be sure to print, complete, and send the Acknowledgement Form to:
