Only one permit from Emmanuel College shall be visible at a time. Expired permits must be removed or covered by the current permit. Permits must be permanently affixed to the vehicle. Permits are not to be taped to the glass or placed on the dashboards of the vehicle. All cars with permits affixed in this manner will be considered non-permitted vehicles.

All permits must be placed in the lower right-hand side of the rear window of the vehicle or on the right-hand side of the rear bumper.
